Government vehicle parking permits
Government vehicle parking permits are for vehicles used by:
- the ACT Government and authorities
- the Australian Government and authorities.
You can only park in parks reserved for government permits.
The vehicles must be being used for official purposes when parking in the reserved parks. You can’t park using the permit if you’re using the vehicle for private purposes.
Permits don’t reserve you a park or guarantee parking availability.
Government vehicle parking permits don’t authorise parking in other reserved areas.
